Each box draws one random reward from its tier's pool when you open it with a valid code. Higher tiers unlock rarer, higher-value drops.

What is manual delivery?
Some rewards — accounts, tools, and premium key packs — are delivered by hand for security. After opening, you contact Discord Support with your code and our team delivers it, then marks the code as delivered.
Can I win more than coupons?
Yes. Every tier can drop accounts, Steam key packs, premium tools, and rare drops in addition to coupons. The rarer the reward, the lower its chance.
Is my reward locked to my code?
Yes. Each code can be opened once and always reveals the same reward. Delivered rewards are locked and can never be claimed twice.
