By purchasing or opening a MasteryBox code, you agree to these rules.

Rewards Are Random
Each MasteryBox code unlocks one random reward from its assigned reward pool. Specific rewards are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

Keep Your Code Private
Do not share your MasteryBox code with anyone except official The Nexus Discord Support when claiming a manual reward.

Manual Rewards Require Discord Claim
Some rewards, such as accounts, Steam keys, tools, lifetime access, and premium products, are delivered manually. If you win a manual reward, contact Discord Support and send your MasteryBox code.

No Duplicate Claims
Each code can only be opened and claimed once. After delivery, the code is marked as delivered and cannot be used again.

No Refunds After Reveal
Once a MasteryBox code is opened and the reward is revealed, refunds are not available. Refund or support requests may only be reviewed if the code was invalid before opening, there was a verified technical issue, or the reward could not be delivered and no equivalent replacement is available.

Delivery Time
Manual rewards are delivered as soon as possible after verification. Delivery time may vary depending on reward type, source availability, and support queue.

Equivalent Replacement Rule
If a specific supplier or source is unavailable, The Nexus may provide an equivalent reward from the same value or category range.

Abuse and Fraud
Fake claims, leaked codes, chargeback abuse, reselling claimed codes, or attempting to exploit the system may result in claim cancellation and account or server restrictions.

Official Support Only
All manual reward claims must go through official The Nexus Discord Support. We are not responsible for codes shared with fake users or unofficial accounts.
